Heavy rain in late June caused the cancellation of Lancs County's third Sunday Series Trial at Drunkenbridge, Roeburndale neaar Wray as the parking area had been flooded by the adjacent river.

It was always the club's intention to run the trial sometime in the summer and with the date of August 26th free, it became an ideal opportunity to organise the third round.

The venue remains the same, as does the course, four laps of ten sections at this very good and sensible venuebut please note that due to a local church service, THE START HAS BEEN MOVED FORWARD TO 10AM SHARP. Please be there before the start, then the church goers won't be upset by the passing of many vehicles.
