NEW YEAR'S EVE UPDATE. Despite the likelihood of bad weather tonight, the trial has been replanned this morning by three club members, taking most of the sections out of the stream, so have no doubts that this trial will definitely go-ahead and will be considerably better than it was last year when the club was very restricted in what land could be used.
Once again, Lancs County will be supporting the North West Air Ambulance service with their New Year's Day trial which will be held at Craggs Farm, Low Gill with a start time of 11am. The venue, used several times in the past now has extra land available to the club which means that should the weather be bad, there will not be the same section limitations as there was last year at the same time. Catering will be available at the start and it's enter on the day, however parking is not good and will have to be on the roadside verge so please park sensibly. The postcode for the venue is LA2 8RB and it will be flagged from Ringstones Lane on the High Bentham to Slaidburn road and also from the Low Gill signposted turn off midway between Wray and Low Bentham.
