After a break of a year, Lancs County return with a round of the very popular Normandale Masters Trials Championship which will feature a new on-road format for 2017.

The Angela Redford Trial will start from Barkingate Farm, near Wray in Roeburndale (LA2 9LL), a venue that has been used in the past but not for a good many years where there will be the first group of sections followed by the second group at Middle Salter Farm about two miles further into Roeburndale along a minor road which peters out into a moorland track. The two venues will provide 20 sections which will be lapped twice and as Middle Salter is likely to be unknown to the bulk of potential Normandale riders, will be a new venture for riders in this series.

The trial, the fifth in the series, will take place on SATURDAY, June 3, and Lancs County have picked this date to provide a double header weekend in conjunction with Cumberland County MCC who will run round six the following day when they promote the Alan trial at New Biggin, deep in the heart of the East Cumbrian Fells. The two trials are about 70 minutes apart, so this will make a great summer weekend of trialing.

Lancs County entries are available now and Alan trial entries will be available shortly.
