ANNOUNCEMENT: - Spen Valley MCC will organise an open Trial on 1.10.17 (Round 8 of the Kia Twinshock Championship) for solo motorcycles, held under the National Sporting Code, Standing Regulations of the ACU, the Yorkshire Centre Rules current at the time, the following Supplementary Regulations and any final instructions issued for the meeting. .

 

ELIGIBILITY: - All riders and passengers must hold a current ACU Trials Registration/Membership or a SACU licence or ACU/SACU riders licence. .Any rider or passenger from another FMN MUST produce a licence issued by their FMN together with start permission and proof of personal accident insurance.

 

MACHINES: - Motorcycles as per NSC Appendix D Category 1, Group A1 Solos and TSR 8.

 

CLASSES: - Class 1Aircooled Monoshock. Class 2 Historic Spanish Twinshock. Class 3 Twinshock. Class 4 Pre 72 British.

 

START / VENUE: - 10.30am Parkwood off Road Centre, Tong Village, Bradford, BD4 0RR Lat 53.772155 Long -1.671843 (see club website for directions; www.spenvalleytrials.co.uk) The start area will be silent. No riding before start of event.

ENTRIES: - On the completed form provided along with the correct fee of £20.00 (payable Spen Valley MCC) to the Secretary of the Meeting by closing date of Saturday September 27th * NO TELEPHONE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. A list of entries and start times will be available on www.spenvalleytrials.co.uk and www.nationaltwinshocktrialschampionship.co.uk

 

RESULTS: - Will be posted on the club website www.spenvalleytrials.co.uk Trials Central and www.nationaltwinshocktrialschampionship.co.uk Those wanting a hard copy must provide an SAE with entry.

 

AWARDS: - As per Kia Championship rules. COURSE: - All on private land and shall consist of 2 laps of 20 sections.. Sections shall be ridden in as indicated by the starter.. The onus on finding the sections is that of the competitor, the route will be clearly marked and should be closely followed.

 

METHOD of MARKING: - As per TSR 22b; (no stop). Ties will be resolved as per TSR 23

 

PROTESTS: - Any protests will be reviewed by the Twinshock Championship organisers and should be emailed to them within 7 days
