The Scorpa factory are pleased to announce the 2015 Factory Trials model in the colors of the brand. This special model is the result of refinements in every area of the motorcycle, chassis, engine and appearance.
CHASSIS
Aluminum fork: The fork is produced by Marzocchi. It is 100% aluminum and is one of the lightest on the market.
Olle shock: New Factory settings
Rear wheel: Made by MORAD, anodized Graphite, it has been machined for weight reduction.
Crown: Produced by TALON with an FIM protector.
Footrest: Made by S3 (Hardrock),Titanium anodized aluminum, fully machined; very high quality with an excellent finish.
Rear wheel adjusting snails: Also manufactured by S3,Titanium anodized aluminum, featuring a convenient and compact design.
Tires: Michelin X-LITE, extremely light.
Brakes: Brake system BRAKTEC, fitted with high performance GALFER discs.
Front wheel axle: Lightened
Steering pivot nut: Lightened
Circuit breaker: Leonelli, approved by the FIM.
ENGINE
Piston: Forged and manufactured by Vertex.
Cylinder head: 100% Designed by Scorpa and produced by S3, the weight has been reduced and it is finished in Titanium.
Clutch: Clutch Surflex R.
Intake manifold: The entire intake manifold and seals have been redesigned.
Housings: Special treatment (impregnated with Alodine to seal, and resist leaking over time)
Thermostat: Brand new design, triggers the fan at a lower temperature, thus promoting better engine cooling.
Carburetor slide: New diameter for better filling at low revs.
Air box: New larger air inlet opening, provides additional torque and engine power.
APPEARANCE
Graphite finishes: Triple trees, fork legs and rims.
Titanium finishes : Foot rest, cylinder head, wheel adjusting snails and master cylinder cover.
Graphics kit: Brand new and exclusive for the new 2015 Factory Special Edition Trials Model. The neon orange is sublime and energizes the lines of the bike.
White handlebar: OXIA Handlebar has a satin white finish.
The 2015 Factory Special Edition Trials Model of Scorpa is the best model to date, and is the fruit of over 20 years of experience and knowledge in the production of Trials motorcycles. The model will be available in this configuration for a limited time.
