It is with regret we must advise that following a severe stroke on Thursday 30th August, Frank Hipkin AKA Mr. Sprite sadly passed away yesterday, Monday 3rd September. Frank is survived by his wife 2 sons 3 daughters 13 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren and countless friends. Our thoughts are with his family at this time. Frank's funeral will be Thursday 13th September at Stourbridge crematorium at 2:15 pm. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Stroke association and the A.M.C.A benevolent fund
