The Staffs Moorlands MCC regret to confirm that their H.Machin Memorial Trial which was scheduled to take place on Sunday 1st May has had to be cancelled due to excessively wet ground conditions at the venue. In addition to the conditions, the landowner is also very concerned for the wellbeing of his new-born lambs, which are proving very difficult to control in order to keep them away from the Trial venue.
The club will rearrange the Trial for a later date and will publish the new date as soon as it is known.
