Steve Walker Memorial Trial

A fine dry day at Skyrakes for this year's running of the Steve Walker Memorial Trial. but a mixture of sunny intervals and windy areas had both riders and observers unsure what best to wear.

 

The best performance on the main route was posted by James Stones with a score of 10 marks lost. Second place man was Irish visitor Sean Doyle with an extra five and a one to his credit.

 

The 50/50 route top spot was taken by an on form West Leeds regular in the shape of Paul Kettlewell beating club champion Nigel Crowther by a four mark margin,whilst over on the Clubman route it was Howard Gulley who took the win with five dabs in total.
