Sunday 16th October is the date for the 8th Round of the Club Championship, which will be held at South Elkington. It is a wooded plantation just on the outskirts of Louth and will be signposted off the main Louth to Market Rasen road, postcode for the venue is LN9 0RU.
It is a really interesting venue, which appeals to all classes, and we hope the event will be well supported. The landowner donates his fee to the South Elkington church restoration fund so everybody attending will be doing their bit for a well deserving local charity. We have just posted championship positions onto the club website www.poacherspre65trials.co.uk so with just a couple of rounds to go there is still quite a few top three positions up for grabs. MG
