On Saturday the 19th Nov we are running the Norton Trophy Trial this is a round of the South Midland Centre Classic Championship for all classes of Pre 65 and Twinshock machines.
Also up for grabs is the News of the World Trophy a very famous piece of silverware dating back to the 30's.
This cup will be presented to the best South Midland Centre team all classes to count. This event is will be run on an open permit ( see regs for eligibility ).
We are running at Cox's farm Beckley with a 3 mile lap of 12 sections to be ridden three times with sections featuring big climbs cambered banks ditches and muddy slots.
Regs are in all the usual places and Gordon Faulkner is the man on the pen for entries.
Anyone traveling afar may like to attend this meeting as the very next day it is the Winstone Grove National Downland Trial, a Sammy Miller Round presented by our neighbours the North Berks club.
