Ringstones Lane, Low Gill near High Bentham is not a large venue for a S unday trial but it does have some very good sections especially if the rive r is useable and it is not flowing too fast.
The club is plan ning four laps of ten sections, including river sections and others on the nearby hillsides which be marked as hard route, green route (50/50) and clu bman route hazards, so will be suitable for all abilities. Entries are take n at the start and the start time will be 10.30am.
However, f ollowing the wettest summer for 100 years, it is not possible to park on th e field as normally riders are able to, so riders will need to find parking wherever possible on the adjacent road, though it may be possible to park in a field through the gate opposite, but at this stage, the club is unsure . So the message is to team up with a pal and help reduce the number of veh icles at the trial if possible please.
The location map shows Cragg Farm which is the same location but the other side of the road. It w ill be obvious when you arrive.
