T he Cheadle (Staffs) Auto Club will run their Winter Trophy Trial as the fir st of their 2013 season of motorcycle trials at the popular Tittesworth Far m venue set in the heart of the picturesque Staffordshire Moorlands o n Sunday 20 January.
The Cheadle Auto Club ag ain has free membership for 2013 so anyone wanting to ride in one of their trials can turn up on the day and simply pay the entry fee . You will still need to hold an ACU licence which can be obtained at the t rial but apart from that there will be no fuss and no extra cost to you. Th e trial will be run on one of the ACU’s “Open” permits which means that rid ers do not have to join the club and pay any membership subs in addition to the usual entry fee. This will continue to be the clubs policy throughout 2013 in order to try to keep costs to the riders to a minimum.
The trial will cater for all classes of machine and for all grades of rider including Expert, Intermediate, Novice and Beginners as well as Tw inshock, British Bike, Over 40s, and Youth A and B.
Tit tesworth Farm is about one mile from Leek at Blackshaw Moor on the A53 Leek to Buxton road.
