The next Waltham Chase event is the re-scheduled Round 3 of the Club Cha mpionship, incorporating the John Wright Memorial Trial, being held at Hut Hill, Chandlers Ford, on Sunday the 3rd June, with a start time of 10.30
Many Southern Centre riders will remember John Wright, Geoff Chandlers b usiness partner from “Chandler and Wright” in Southampton, from the days wh en you couldn’t go on line to buy parts but had to go to a shop to get the bits you needed – and a gossip.
Sadly, John passed away in September l ast year, however the family would like to keep John’s name remembered by w ay of an annual Trial and donated awards.
Members of Johns Family will be at the Trial and would love to share memories with riders.
Whilst being a Waltham Chase Club Trial all local riders are invited to join us fo r this event.
There will be a charity collection and raffle on the day in aid of “Parkinson’s UK”.

Sam’s catering van will be on site serving hot refreshments.
