 ecretary of the Meeting on the correct Entry Form, along with the entry fee
  of £15.00 to reach the Secretary by first post on Closing Date of Thursday
  6th December 2018. Entries will be accepted after this date, and up to 1 h
 our before the Start, at an additional fee of £5. Entry fees will only be r
 eturned if the event is cancelled. The organisers reserve the right to refu
