The Embro Cup Trial. - Sunday 15th December 10:30
Again, this year Scarborough & District Motor Club has kindly offered to l et Hull Auto Club run their last trial of 2019 at their fantastic Low North Camp venue. We are looking forward to running a trial at “The Camp” and Cl erk of the Course Roy Jarvis plans to his own stamp on the sections with 3 laps of 12 sections.
The SDMC Ladies have kindly agreed to run their full refreshment facilities so that hot butties, tea and the like will be a vailable. All observers will get a voucher for a burger or similar and a ho t drink.
It’s an OPEN solo trial for all Adult & Youth ACU licence ho
lders (remember to bring your licence or it’s an extra £3 for a One Event L
icence!) with separate conducted course run for Youth D & E adjacent to the
parking field.
Hull Auto always runs 4 routes, Expert, Interm
ediate, Clubman A and Clubman B.
For this event only, we plan to run
a white route on as many sections as possible for adult/youth beginners or
older riders who want to ride very easy sections.
Maybe you have a fr iend who has practiced at the camp or elsewhere, got the trials bike and al l the right gear but no trials licence to allow entry into an event. The AC U “One Event” licence which is issued by the Secretary on the day for £3 (p lus the £15 entry fee for adults, £10 for youths) allows a taste of a compe tition for one event. For a first event, depending on experience, the Clubm an B route would be for more skilled newcomers or the White Route for a ver y easy ride round.
Although all Hull Auto Trials are OPEN, club membe rs accumulate points towards the Club Championships. This being the last tr ial of 2019, some of the class awards are still to be decided, so Club memb ers be aware that it is you last chance to get those valuable points!

at £6 for adults and £5 for youths.
