 ll be flagged off the A591 dual carriageway section at Thirlmere. 6pm start
 . Two courses a standard clubman course and an easier course suitable for b
 eginners. 4 laps of 10 sections over a compact course. All solos riders wel
 come although there will be no expert/hard course. David Matthews/ Martha w
