ne one got ne results from the east midlands youth champs at bracken rocks??

anyone know if there is any results anywhere of the east midlands youth round at bracken rocks today

no there is only a 125 raga racing and the gasgas raga racing 300, the 125 for the youths i supose and the 300 for the adults

the raga 125 is a better buy than the 300 and putting new piston barrel etc on it and i should think if you did buy a 300 and buy a 125 barrel etc i think you will find that there is alot of fiddling about and alot of work both money wise and maintenance wise just buy a raga 125 or even a standard gasser 125 and modify it hell of alot easier i would think

hi i have an 06 gasgas pro 250 and would like to know what the mixture screw should be set at (how many turns out it should be) if anyone would help id be grateful cheers coxy

hi i have an 06 gas gas 250 and use 70:1 mixture of putoline oil, when i open the throttle nd then shut it off quite quickly or let go of it there is a small knock noise as if the slide is hitting the bottom of the carb or something can anyone tell me what this is please?? cheers i think that this has been a topic before but cannot find it

if you have got plenty of money to spend then if you are doing 26 inch wheeled bike trials i would get a planet x bike or an onza or monty and if your doing 20 inch pushbike trials get a onza t-pro or a monty (prefer onza) or get a megamo bike they are all very light and well built, as for tips etc just practise as hard as you can and going up things try tapping your front then to sump or bashring and try to learn how to skippy asap and hop helps hell of a lot i think and ive been doing it for about 3 years

i think he means laqcuer in english terms not too sure though but sounds like it

have you got any play in the lever when first pulling it in?? i think you should have 3-5 mm of play before the lever begins to work (correct me if im wrong) i had no play on my old gasser txt 200 until my mates dad sorted it out and before he did it creeped but after that it didnt creep at all, your clutch could not be fully disengaging if it has no play in the lever

as you get better you begin to learn how to take the drops better and learn different techniques to making it easier on you and the bike, when i did cycle trials alot i began by dropping off 3-4 foot steps and landed hard but as i progressed upto about an 8 foot drop and when i landed that i seemed to land alot softer than when i did the 3 foot drop i had done about 2-3 months before so i progressed and it became easier for me and the bike to drop off bigger things

to improve power you could put a keihin carb on it i think, polish the ports, put a high compression head on, different gearing, run race gas and many other things which im sure people will add which will make it alot more powerful

dont think the betas have been sorted herd 1 person at trial said he had to put new ignition on after 3 trials use but if you want a bike that will rev then get a gasser but if you want a grippy torquey bike then go for a beta i personally prefer a gasser to a beta

ma mate did it (pumped it up) for me nd his dad sed it wer beaded properly then nd i aint really got the sorta money for a new rear wheel wot bout tryin a different tyre as i have another in the garage?

is there owt to put on tyre or round the rim or owt to seal the tyre??

definitely not leaking from spokes ad it in bath and its real fine bubbles from where its leaking

yeh done thats its leaking between the rim and the tyre in about two places but no mata wot i do i cant stop it from leaking

hi i have had an 06 gasser 250 for about 4-5 months now and ever since i bought it it had a slow puncture, i have recently had the tyre off on a few occasions to clean it out etc and put it back on and popped it onto its bead, after doing this the tyre still goes down between the rim and tyre. any help would be appreciated as i am now stuck for ideas coxy

hi i was just tryin to take the front brake pad cover off my 06 gasser 250 to look and see what the brake pads where like but i cant seem to be able to get it off or the pads out any information would be greatfull thanks coxy

normally i use ma first finga (the one next to ya thumb) and if i can fit in between the tensioner block and the swinging arm just then i have enough tension on the chain only personal measurement some may say that this is too tight , too loose but its oreet for me

its bent aswell
