Glad the old Aprilia TXT was put to good use lol

When we started the MWVTA I was not sure we had the numbers to support it. The first event only had 11 riders, but as they say build it and they will come. All it takes is for two or three guys that can dedicate the time and energy to promote it and I do believe the riders will support it. In my humble opinion Vintage Trials is were growth will come for the trials community.

My old stomping grounds, lived on the Ohio side of the river in the Ironton area. Still have some family in the area.

Good area for vintage events. ITSA does a lot of events check them out at www.twinshock.org
If you get out west the Mtn. West Region of ITSA has a 17 trial series this year. www.mtwestvintagetrials.org

Mtn. West Vintage Trials Assoc. 2013 schedule should be finalized by mid Jan. If all the events planned come together we will have 17 Trials this year. Bob I understand you are on line to help Chris TM at SY.

Glenn, I can have the same issue, southern NM is not a hot bed of trials and its a 3 to 4 hour drive to Albuq. but once you are infected with this trials bug you do what you have to do!!!

Final event of the year. Several Championships are still up for grabs!
Oct. 20 & 21 @ Haystack Mtn OHV area, 22 miles east of Roswell, NM on Hwy 70 @ mile marker 357.
Sat. sign up @ 11 AM start @ noon.
Sun. sign up @ 8 AM start @ 9 AM
Normal burger & dog burn Sat evening.
Hope to see a good turn out, would like to get everyone involved with next years schedule.

Had a great event, was a little on the warm side (mid 80's) but a good turn out. Hope to see everyone at Dolores!

Leaving in the AM for Turkey Rock to give ol' Ed a hand in marking sections. The weather looks to be great, Sat & Sun high 80 lows both days 60.
