Nice one Tone, good to see you've followed me on here to stalk me
Had it up Glenshee the day Tone, I'm bored with it now, there is no place else I wanna go with it

I'm selling my four stroke Scorpa that I've only had for a few weeks, used it at leats twice possibly three times a week since buying but it's not for me a four stroke, so that's why I'm selling mine.

What effect does a flywheel weight have upon a trials bike and what would be the reason for fitting one ?
-
Looking to change the gearbox oil in my recently bought tys 175 but have no idea how much should go in ?

On getting the site back up and running after the hi jack, I mean ffs, Syrian government supporters WTF

I fessed up ?!?!?! It wasn't me that ordered the tyre, it wasn't me that fitted the tyre.
-
Pukka indeed it is, it has done less than a full day at Killin the other week, and four sections at Dalbog on Sunday before making it's way off the rim
I shall also be at Lomond, PM me if and we can agree on things
-
The tyre has done 20 sections at most
-
Just checked the tyre and it says Tube Type
Michelin Competition Trial tyre, I'm guessing the guy got in the wrong kinda tyre then
-
2010 sherco
Do you get heavy duty rear tubes for trials tyres ?
-
My last two trials have ended quickly due to my tyre popping off the rim The first time I just thought it was bad luck, but after only four sections it came off again.
I've had the bike since Feb and that's never happened before, and it just so happens I fitted a new rear tyre....two trials ago.
So, any guesses on what could be the problem ? I'm starting to think it could be a faulty tyre, but what's the likelihood of that or is there any other explanation ????
-
OK folks, here we are again, did what those have said, got the rim spotless....check, got the tape right inside with loads of soap....check, trye on, good to go....check.
That was three days ago, put 5 pound in and left....three days later, still with 5 in, great. Off I go out for a play, within half an hour it's gone down on me (ooh err missus)
Driving me crazy.

6 races in the next 8 weeks will sort it out, but think everyone knew as soon as Stoner was on the Honda there was/is only gonna be one winner.
-
I had to go tubed due to my tyre kept going flat, when I tried to go tubeless again, we fitted tyre with no tape, then poured soapy water on the fitted tyre and there were a couple of spokes where there was air leaking out, hence why I reckon it's the spokes.
Got a link to that sherco page, had a look and can't find anything.

What's the answer other than tubing the rear ?
Tried Tiger seal in the rim, didn't seem to work, any other ideas ?
-
I think you know the answer
As usual I get taken the wrong way and again that's what I get for trying to help people
DGI as they say
-
Is this a fair asking price for said bike ??

Most brakes are pretty much the same, remove from fork, undo bolt on right hand side of caliper, remove pin oppisite bolt, pads fall out, repeat t'other way round.
-
IMO this having to send off forms and cheques is out dated now, turn up, pay and play is the way forward, hugely successful where I am.
-
Wonder if anyone recognises this plate ??
