  1. Thanks again - thats a great idea.

May I ask how you tracked the forks down? Ebay? sounds a good mod.. would you be able to send me a picture of what it looks like? I bet it looks great!

  2. Thanks for the reply - and I do take some consolation - do you think the bikes could take a longer shock?

By the way - do you run standard forks - mine seem quite harsh and I was considering opening up the dampening rod very slightly.

thanks again for taking your time to reply.

  3. Hi There,

Could anyone please advise the correct shock length for the Honda RS200T?

I have an issue with my current shocks - which on large drop offs (fully compressed) can lead to the tyre hitting the inside of the mudguard.

Any help would be truly appreciated

Current shocks are 14.75" eyelet to eyelet - ish!

    Thanks!

  4. Thats great - thanks for the replies - sorry it took so long for me to reply - I totally lost the thread for a while!

Would you happen to know a good source for TLR parts? I would like to try the mods!

I have a fairly standard RS200 - with a bitsa engine - original forks are ok just a bit hard - particularly on bigger drop offs.

I have also just asked a question about the air link pipe - its missing - is it possible to make one?

    Hi There,

I have recently seen a Honda Rs200T for sale in Japan.

It has a frame prefix RS200TF and an engine number RS200T.

Is this correct for a Rs200T? I have a parts manual - and that does not show a frame number RS200TF - and has the engine number listed as RS200TE.

Can anyone confirm what the prefixes should read? Is RS200TF right? and were all RS200 engines prefixed RS200TE??

I have also read a recent article that says that the TE stands for Trials England and implies it was only used for Seeley engines?

Any help would be truly appreciated.

    Thanks
