  1. lets hope your not right... i have just watched the 2 world superbike races from Italy today, and a 39 year old Italian max biaggi smoked the rest of the field including all the young guns.. things are set to change big time in MotoGP when they allow 1000cc superbikes in there. i race 1000cc superstocks, its easy to make a small mistake and crash anytime. sometimes you crash big and don't injure yourself, sometimes you have a silly little off and your in plaster. Rossi's crash was nothing to horrendous to look at, yet he broke his tib & fib. i would be inclined to agree with you if it had happened in the race and happened more often, but not in the practice session, a cold tire, it could have happened to anyone in the motogp paddock.. lets not dig him a grave just yet..

    Hells Gate

great write up, after watching Dougie in action a few weeks ago at Erzberg, he is as talented on an enduro bike as he is on a trials bike. i was going to go to watch the Hells gate (as its not far from me) but the weathers been a bit wintry for a weeks or so, so i didn't bother. wish i had now

    Sherco

hi, I've not trialed for about 15 years, then about 4 years ago i bought a very tired (but cheap) 02 beta rev3, it was a bit of a pile of poo and didn't run that great, so after not using it for a few years i decided to get a decent trials bike so i could start trialling again. i ride a lot of enduro so i wanted something with a bit of go, so i started looking at the 4T's but eventually settled on a very tidy 07 Sherco 290. and i must say its everything i need. i just love the way it makes its power, dead easy to ride but with bags of torque. i looked at loads of used trials bike and my advice would be to buy the bike in the best condition you can find for your money and not worry to much about much else. if its a 4t then so be it.
