  2. Hi, just wondering, i have a scorpa sy 2004 with the fatbars on them. My problem is i think i am stooping too low whilst riding as im tall, any idea what rise comes standard on these bikes to give me an idea what rise i need......and would anyone be intrested in a swap.

    HUGE problem!

    Hi, i recently over tightened the nipple on my rear calliper and snapted the head off leaving the rest of the nipple indide the casing. I would like to know , firstly is there now anyway of bleeding it without the nipple, and has anyone have suggestions on how to get the nipple out of the calliper????
  4. I have filled out a acu form, but what is the address do i send it to, also if i get one now does it run from a year when i receive it or will i need a new one after new year ect?

  6. no, i have got the bike ticking over with choke on, as soon as i knock it off it simply doesnt want to tick over, i tried turning the idle screw in but still no joy, what should the air screw be set at for a txt200?
  7. Hi, im trying to set up a txt 200 gasgas (2000) the bike will not idle, i have had the carb to pieces and cleaned it all, cleaned all jets ect ect. put it back together but still wont idle. The weird thing is that with the choke on it ticks over fine and revs out fine. any ideas what could be the problem? doing my head in!

  10. Hi, living near sheffield means that the penines are a stones throw away. Just wondering if anyone can help here, is there any routes across them or areas on them or around that area where you can "trek across" the country side, as there is many rocky gulleys , climbs and obstacles ect, i would be happy if anyone had any info. nath
  11. Hi, my sy (2003) seems to be over heating, odd bit of water and steam is coming out of the overflow at top of the radiator. The fan doesnt seem to be working, not sure why, as iv had no problems with it before. Anyone got any ideas???
  12. yer im hopefully going to get through for it and have a crack, its the real tight turns i find difficult, getting up/over things isnt a problem at all....just the tight turns! lol
  13. im sure id be ok, the hard rote didnt seem that tricky when i was looking at them. the easy rote was really easy this time except the section i mentioned were avery rider i saw ride through it struggled massively, so id be ok i rekon.

  15. yers!! without a doubt! i will be there at the next one if its on a saturday! just found one of the sections real tricky on the novice course, think it was setion 7, with the tight left hand turn around the tree....nightmare! would just like to second your shout on the organisation of the event aswell, really welcoming.

  17. just come back from the trial, at home farm. really enjoyed it, rode ok except one chuffing section (8) which i couldnt master the tight left hander! any ideas when the results will be up to see how i did?

  19. Hi, i recently went and watched the scott trial...... unbelievable. Being relatively new to trials i was just wondering if there were any other events that are similar to the scott, ie alot of riding between section off road ect ect. cheers

Hi lads, really appreciate all of the comments, when i get there ill have a walk around and get talking to a few folk haha iv downloaded the acu fcrm, so should i just bring this with me along with all the fees? also the trials starts at 1....does this mean everyone has to go in number order ect, or will i have chance to go and look at the other lads ride the sections before i start my "voyage" haha cheers, nath
  21. very much appreciated. do you have to do the sections in order? ie will every set off at intervals from the start area? or is it just a dispurse to any section system?
  22. Hi, i will be riding in my first ever trial this weekend at spen valley (tad nervous). Just wondering what kind of terrain is it? and what kind of things i should expect? also the trial starts at 1pm, what time is normal to turn up? and can you look at the sections before the start? any info will be great!!!! cheers
