check what tube is in it .if its a enduro h/d tube this will be the fault.they are o/k in a motocross or a enduro wheel when they are used at a higher pressure.
-
pete scorpa3 they come with cardboard between the rims which keep them apart not like a mich.use plenty soap ,valve out and a compressor , no probs.
-
S/3 hebo type are as good as any.at under
-
you wont need a beader to fit an irc as they come with cardboard between the rim.fitted dozens of them and never needed a beader yet.
-
press them out in the vice, then reverse the procedure.
-
usually 5psi in a irc as the side walls are softer.pirelli mt 43 are alright for a trail bike, but just dont grip on a trials bike .
-
mich on the front and a irc on the rear are a good combination.my son used them in the scottish champs and the irc grips as well on rocks as well as mud.dont use cheaper makes as they are not worth the money unless you are doing very easy routes where grip dosnt matter as much.
-
if you want to ride in sacu trials you are only allowed to ride a 125.when you turn 16 you can ride as a adult and ride anything you want.
-
its a trials license not a trails license.

shouldnt be the pads, used them for years without any problems.they are about the best you can get.

what make of pads have you got.harder the pads the longer they take to fully work. if o/k before must be pads, and as you sait the brake pedal is hard so you dont have air in it.

you will have to take of the tank.there will be two wires not getting used coming out of the cdi unit , one male the other female ends.just plug them into map wires and thats it.
-
we put fat bars on one of our early shercos.we used a gas gas pro top yoke and it fitted fine.the only thing we had to do was make a sleeve up for the steering head bolt.got the yoke of a s/hand bike and didnt cost us much.all you have to buy are the fat bar clamps.
-
450cc is fine but you should have used 10w40 light gear oil.you dont need a sight glass, you wont need to top up unless you have an oil leak.change oil every 3 trials.
-
give the area a file with a very fine file and finish of with a fine wet and dry.to protect the forks fit a pair of neoprene fork leg covers.
-
depends how many trials you have done in a year.a year out a chain kit is good.nothing wrong with a regina its one of the better ones. at least they dont break the side plates like an iris chain.
-
pollisport does one as well.its atatched by a hose about 1 inch long and just goes onto filler cap.works really well.
-

-
the olle will do you just fine if you get it at a good price.i wouldnt spend around
