    TXT300 pro

Thanks Rich, i have only owned for 2 weeks and previous owner failed to tell me it was an a*** to start when hot. And yes he told me to run on 50:1. Just whipped the carb off for a check over and need to adjust floats as 1 arm is visibly out compared the other? as for jets not sure what they all are lol but here comes a newbie dicription middle jet main at a guess is 118. infront of that another smaller jet 35. and to the back left another jet 60. Needle is on seconf clip up from the bottom? many thanks all for the help.

    TXT300 pro

Thanks mate, just checked it is 1 1/2 turns out! from the closed. But on another note i have got to do something about the poor hot starting. I stalled in a section today and could not restart what ever i did. really put me off the bike.

    TXT300 pro

Hi Again, Wanted to check carb over, i notice two adjuster screws on the side one flush and the other proud. I am guessing tick over and mixture? if so can you advise which and how many turns on the mixture? many thanks Kay.
  5. Think i got it now off for a look. When i bled the clutch last night i released the adjuster out and can say, it was adjusted a fair way in! Back to the garage we go, spent more time in there this week than i have in the five years i have lived here lol. Just seems so many differances compared to road of even motorcross bikes. thanks again Kay
  6. sorry to sound dum, so if i had the adjuster wound all the way out just touching the piston when i bled it, how far should i wind it back in or do i leave just touching? sorry i dont understand too well. Kay
  7. Before i start just want to say thanks for the help so far with the other threads. New to trials and know nothing Anyway clutch does not creep but not far off, also problem getting neatral when stopped. Back bled the clutch system last night with fresh mineral oil and changed gear oil to atf. No real changes to the getting neatral problem. As for the lever adjustment, should it just take up the play between lever and plunger? or should it have more load. many thanks Kay.
