  1. While I was shopping for bars for my fantic,Getting ready to order some 6" rise renthals I happened into the local Honda dealer for some fork oil and happened to look at the bars they had on sale and picked up a set of TAG quad bars that have about a perfect bend for me , although they are still about 1/2 inch to short for my tastes , but the price was definitely right ! Glenn Whatever makes you comfy and relaxed while riding !!!!
  2. I've gotta quess #7 war film collecting too ! Just cause of the Winston churchill qoute that used to float around here on I think your posts !?
  3. I'll get R&D right on that one , may be doable w/existing peices ! And now I'm sure you'll be after your .005% of the gross off this now ! Glenn
  4. I've got a top team of engineers working round the clock to come up w/a smaller version , But getting the mind wave reader scaled down is a tough one ! And there is no need for differant models , cause it senses the operators intentions when pushed ! You just have to be thinking clearly of what you want to do !!! Isn't technology grand ?!
  5. I just got home from work and installed a trick part that I wish was around years ago ! 15ft steps ! no PROBLEM NOW !!! The grand canyon ? just a hop and twist of the throttle ! the neighbors house ? HA!!!! Cleared it easy !!! Check out the photo of this trick new part that will be the next rage in trials !!! Glenn
  6. I have to agree w/ Steve , After a 30+ year hiatous , The general attitude of the trials folks is what makes this sport what it is , and imho what we all truly enjoy every time we swing a leg over our bikes at an event or just a fun ride !!!... Glenn

    Hose Clamps...

My BAD !!! I thought you were talking about the crimped type band clamps , Not catch type clamps , and yes with caution and practice the type with the retainer teeth and holes can be reused a few times... Sorry they have a better type crimp clamp than I realized ! I'm sure you are familiar with the type of clamp I was referring to ? Glenn

    Hose Clamps...

DO NOT !!!! reuse pinch type hose clamps !!!! they are a one time good deal , used so a machine can install them on a assembly line !!! You can buy them and the trick pliers to crimp them correctly , but why bother ? just get some good screw type hose clamps that can be reused several times and don't over tighten them and shred the hose ends !!!! TAKE YOUR TIME !!! Glenn Trust me ! it's a metal fatigue thing !?
  11. But don't abandon the bike !!!! Just always remember trials will always be a mind game ... if your comfy on and happy on your bike , you can concentrate on your technique , and a stump puller like a tl250 can make just about anyone smile while on it ! Go ride some twinshock events and apriciate the grandfather of the mont 4rt........ Just rambling , but they are great fun , top heavy or not !!!! Glenn And it's all about YOU having fun ...

  15. Twin shock nostop and hop is the life for me !!!! I rode my first event after a 30+ year absence from the sport , on my partially restored 83 240 pro . It was a modern event with only a couple of twinshocks present and I almost had to learn the rules all over again ! But I was back in my favorite pastime ever with both feetup and I had a ball !!! Now that my bike is in better shape and some of my skills have been practiced back into shape , I can't wait to ride some of the International Twin Shock Association Events this fall as finances permit ... And I owe alot of gratitude to all the folks on here for all the support and info I have recieved . !! Thanks to all , Twin Shocks Rule (IMHO) Glenn
