The spherical brgs. are used to keep undue stress and binding/twisting off the shock body...

And besides maybe the stickers , What on Bou's bike is anything any of us could buy ?....

And with some superglue , makes for a quick Bandage too !

But it would be one heck of a ride ... At least it's a different 'stang that meets it's demise , The one at the start is just to cool to abuse !

First off make sure the petcock flows freely , 2nd contact Steve Goode and get a late model CDI type coil if it still has the round dansi coil , Put a iridium spark plug in it ,( denso W22FS-U ) is a direct replacement . And if that dosn't sort it out pull off the whole exhaust and clean it out from stem to stern ... And if she runs ok for a while and then starts fading as it gets truly hot/warmed up , you may want to get the complete ign. system from http://www.bmz.fr/index.html or get your stator plate rewound localy to you ... Because they have a great motor ... But 240's handle better stock (IMHO) ... Get them both and put the 300 motor in the 240 ! and you won't want for more fun ... Or find a forward kick 200 pro ... Good luck with that though ...!!!

Doug I run ave gas in all my bikes with amsoil dominator at about 70 to 1 , Small plane airport about 2 miles from my house and you can store it almost indefinitly ... And it has lead and a few other additives/stablizers that are unique to ave fuel . I'm sure Copey can chime in and tell us what all is in it ! We never ran it in when I used to build Flatbottom motors either , and I don't remember why not !!! Did you get your silencer yet ?
