  2. Hello saw miller and scot taco good thread to the kick start rubber that's a great idea iv'e tryed a few things to keep that rubber on and as not worked. however on my 199B kick start it as a flange on the end to stop the rubber coming off but your idea is good. scot the Air box is looking good i know what you mean about drilling holes in the Air box i was the same but done a few now i put a small washer on both sides. cheers bondy.

  5. Larry just checked the label looks to be the same so i have took the filter out the bag and looked close at it seems there are faults with them there is a slight in perfection on the seem off the bellows also a pin sized hole that has not gone through the rubber. so looks like you was correct and am glad i checked it now as i was putting it on a new Engine must be a fault from the place they make them.
  6. the 1 in my 199B is new but i will check it mybe you just had a dodgy filter.

  20. hello scot yes the headsteady was done like this when i got the bike looks like a proper job weld is tidy it's also been ground down both ends so it's flat on the head. also i had another 199B with a good mod to the headsteady the plate that bolts to the head had been cut clean off then a thick tube had been cut then welded onto the plate on the other end it has been made flat and rounded off with a hole to bolt to the frame hear is a photo.

    199B Fork Legs

hello could any body clear my thoughts did the 199B fork legs all have the notch cut out on the L/H side on the inside leg? or did some leave the factory with std legs like the ones off the 199A? i know some had the beta legs with no pinch bolts on 1 side also the 199b only takes 1 seal per leg correct me if am wrong cheers bondy.
  23. hey scot my 199B has a rod welded on the rear then it's been shaped near the head so it sits flat i will get my next 1 done the same.
