  6. mine did come with the nipple in the middle but the place i got it from sell the torx socket and there cheap so ill buy 1 i have ordered a 90mm button head bolt i will cut it down if i have to no problem. i have button head bolts on most off the bike think they look better than the hex head bolts had to get high tensile for the rear sproket. cheers bondy.
  7. on the ones iv'e had from inmotion steel plate first and steel on the end that's how iv'e always done it had a few clutches from inmotion. my 199B is still on metal plates and work fine i just got the barnet plates as a back up. i followed john moffets advice on setting the clutch up and works very well indeed. but i have not touched the clutch on my 199B has it's sorted only thing i did was put new clutch case on it and a gasket also noticed the lock wire was broke so i replaced it. i have new clutch cable to replace the old 1

hello all i have mounted the Air box late last night my main concern was drilling the holes in the correct location so i had the old plastic Air box cut both sides and top off and used them as a template marked and drilled. then mounted the side panels and offered it up to the frame to get it centered marked and drilled the top holes sorted.
  16. those top tank rubbers look to wide just a thought this may be stopping the neck to pull in abit see if you can get a slightly thinner rubber on both sides or cut them down abit. as woody says there is quit abit off flare is the tank alloy? nice bolt could do with 1 off them for my plastic tank. i know it's annoying when little things need sorting. you just have to keep playing about with it just try that what i said they do look thick to me are the tank rubbers the ones that push in or go over the boss? hope you sort it cheers bondy.

yes the chain guard is fiberglass.and the brake plates are sorted good to get things done just takes time. yes the bash plates came with loads off decals. i gave half to a mate who wanted 1 off the bash plates. i have mounted the new Air box drilled the holes spot on i cut the old plastic Air box .and used them as a template. my mates dad made me a bracket out off stainless to the shape off the rear Air box that fits inside .and bolts to the frame also i had 1 for the front. top job cheers stu. i will mount the rear guard tomorrow am just waiting on the front wheel to be rebuilt. then that's it all done will upload some photos when it's done.
