I've got a 2010 125cc gas gas and my tyre is rubbing on the inside of the exhaust by the looks of things. this happened to my dad's montesa and he managed to get a hole in his exhaust. anyone else had this problem?
Loaded the bike outside temp wasabout -3C drove about 20 min and unloaded the bike. Went to kick the bike over and it was frozen like a seized motor. Removed the spark plug thinking it might be full of coolant but nothing. My riding partner then mentioned he had a propane torch after I mentioned it might be a cold lock up. After slowly heating the cylinder on all sides I started rocking the bike and slowly the piston started to move and then was free up completely. Reinserted the spark plug and first kick she flashed to life, let it idle until fan kick on and rode it all day with no problems.
I thought I would just share my story

Hi there. When you let it idle until the fan came on, was the choke on or off? Thanks
I guy that I ride with used to be road racing British champion. He said that in that sport, the bigger the engine the better, so he has a beta evo 290cc and loves it.
I have one and like it. I think its a good looking helmet with better fit and finish than the Shiro I previously wore. The NAU is about the same weight as the Shiro. Even though it doesn't have as many vents as the Shiro, it doesn't seem any hotter. BTW the vents on the Shiro look big on the outside of the helmet, but, when the liner is removed you can see the vents are much smaller than the screens on the exterior.
I agree. The nau helmets are good. Picked mine up for about 50 quid and it's really comfy. it also soakes up sweat really well.
This may not be necessary but this used to happen to me on my trials push bike, when i wheelie and do hops. I just kept practicing and practicing and eventually it went away. Hope this helps.
Hi Dave, I've just upgraded my son (12yrs) from an 80 GasGas to an 08 125 GasGas and he loves it. It has bags of power but is smooth enough to let you lay the power down without breaking traction. Easy to work on, and loads of spares readily available on ebay.
