I know people who have no problem starting at all, unfortunately as I have admitted in the past, my technique is crap so I still have issues, especially when I am tired! My best advice is ti always try to start it when standing on the pegs leaning against a tree or something. I then get the starter to the top of the stroke and give a good firm kick through. With the latest mapping my bike is 2-3 kicks from cold using this method and first kick when warm. I have seen people "snatch at the starter which also seems to work, just not for me. Is your mapping up to date?
Let's just settle this with pistols at dawn........
The corrected version:-
The factory is being "emptied" what auction or administrators or what?
4 stroke gassers do you mean trials? If so a journalist I know tried what they had back 5 years ago and there is not many of them, how you in lancashire could know more is interesting?
The debts were about 40 million euros.(see relase elsewhere with FACTS)
Gas gas have few if any patents afaik, who would buy a brand name in these circumstances -what would be the point?
The KTM rumour was over a year old and KTM released a statement saying they weren't interested (see release elsewhere)
Israeli investors are not rescuing GG.
KTM can do lots of things but why would that company want to build a Trials bike given their target market.
The trials market is not healthy? No Sh!t sherlock.
TRS competitive are you sure? Launching soon both, really?
More than normal financial invest ment wtf does that mean?
I have run an iridium plug in both my 2011 and factory r and it does start easier I think. Do you have the 9v easy start installed? If so also use a lithium battery as that also helps
the marks on the clutch cover inner are where the bolt heads have impacted.. this obviuosly happened whilst the engine was stopped otherwise youd have grooves not clear head impressions.. probabbly done by over tightening with no gasket or been dropped whilst stood.. you sound to have the plates in a n better order now. pamps are fairly tough but parts are scarce.. moto merlin used to run one and bought all my spares engines etc etc.
The impressions are just casting marks, the circular thing is what was worn by the bolt heads, if you look closely you can see some of the part number is missing because it was worn away
it does say on the trialstribultaions website that the product is manufactured by OSSA so you likely have an original set. Is there a separate communications box or is all the hardware contained in the USB end of the lead?
The WES sounds Bette, I always hated the sound of my original in the early 80's, so much that a saved my pocket money and bought a Fresco fron Shirty I believe, gave my big brother a couple of quid for gas to go and pick it up for me from crewe to buxton!
Is it the disc guard you are concerned about ric? I warmed mine with a heat gun and stretched/ bent it around my forth guards. The only other place I could see you maybe having to cut would be at the top for the fender mounts
Never tested a repsol so can't compare but I personally don't find the ossa front springy. I would start with the simple things like check the oil levels and bleed any air out via the bleed screws
Haven't tried the forma but own the alpine stars and they are simply the best boots I have owned. Very comfortable and somewhat water resistant, not proof
Sparky Plug!

you will find with the lithium high power battery that the fuel pump makes the noise as it primes.
Is you mapping up to date as the new maps kept getting better.
what year is your bike?
