    Ossa Misfire

You can clean them, plenty of references and YouTube vids on how to do it. Maybe worth a try before buying a new one

    Ossa Misfire

Get it on the diagnostic cables if you have access, you can check the pump and injector to make sure they are working okay. I would also maybe drain the fuel and put some fresh mix in just in case. What fuel oil ratio are you using. It could also be tps related but I think it would need to be massively out of whack to cause a misfire. Make sure the plug is the correct one, I have always run an iridium plug with no issues whatsoever, never changed it in 3 years of ownership.
  3. don't forget pics of the installed east start mark when you get a moment
  4. Everyone is very eager mark, you may have found the holy grail.....!
  5. did you also need a charger for the lipo?
  6. definitely blame the wife and insist on the right to purchase not only the replacement parts, but also other accessories and things you don't really need but think you should have.
  7. Get them pics and the battery specs up mark!........intrigued.....
  8. Repaired the terms today, thanks to tsiklonaut for the pics.very easy job but needed doing for sure. Sounds great and has taken the loud bark out of the exhaust note
  9. There is a special tool to pull the crank out but you can make one just as easily
  10. I agree with dabster, the fuel pipe run on the mont is not the best, I used a longer looped pipe on mine for a much better run
  11. See you at Lucan on Sunday Ric?
  12. I had it once, I didn't have enough play in the pedal, once I slacked it off a little it was fine and has not happened again. I find it is a fine line between too much and not enough free play as I like my braking to occur with as little pedal movement as possible but had to compromise

    Ecu Error

I think you have found a new one ! Sorry I can't help , I've never seen it before
  14. I would imagine that it would not be too hard to have a new bracket bent if you have access to a press
  15. I would imagine that it would not be too hard to have a new bracket bent if you have access to a press
  16. Unless you have a termignoni the bracket is welded to the aluminum exhaust and I don't think is available separately, can't you just get it welded?
  17. Yes, forget about posting the sound now we have seen the visual evidence. I concur with tsiklonauts expert analysis.......bolloxed!
  18. Let's hear the noise so we can give a better opinion. Guessing will not solve the problem

    Oil Qty

Manual says 450ml but I run my 2013 on 400 with no issues
  20. I just use carbon look dynoc (car wrap), doesn't last forever but is cheap and easy enough to replace as required
  21. I know it is loud with the termignoni, it just seemed louder recently after being sat for a couple of months over the winter. I have about 70 hours on it so I guess it could use a cleaning one day.
  22. How is the bump stop on your rear shock? if it is worn a little maybe it is letting the tire get too close. I don't have this issue on mine
  23. thanks Badger, did it make it any quieter? I think mine has gotten louder since last year which is what got me thinking? any pics of it in pieces?
