The do tend to crack easily, I think the material used is Toffee!

-
I have some light marks on my gasgas. Its never caused any problems, just looks a bit crap!
Just carry on using it and see if the seals leak
-
thank you hanks, just found them on facebook
-
does anyone know were I can find the results for the trial on 16/10/16?
-
I run all my air cooled 2t bikes at 40:1 without a problem, no smoke and no plug fouling....
-
80:1 on an air cooled bike will definitely stop it four-stroking, but it will also stop it two-stroking!
-
I run my beamish on 40:1 with very little smoke, and can run without choke after 1 minute even on a cold day
sounds like you may have some problems?
-
Never done a dudley trial as I've never found any details, even though I live in that area!
-
according to the reg its listed on DVLA as a DMW?
I was going to have a bid on that, you beat me to it!

Don’t know about the burble, but you will find out how good your local fire brigade is
-

Went practicing Sunday to a local venue, some idiot had decided to dump a punched trials tyre!?!?!
strapped it to my trailer and dropped it off at my local tip!
-
Excellent choice of bike, have fun

Very much doubt this has anything to do with the oil or mix ratio
I run my pro on 50:1 without any problems or smoke
Oil brand and ratio seem to be very personal choices, the owners manual is probably the best starting point
-
I’ve cut a piece of plastic from an old oil bottle and zip-tied it to the swing arm
I used the corner piece from a square bottle about 4” long
Its been working well for 5 years
-
All I put was agreed, and stated were the info could be found for free, and stated the mod works well!
So why pick on me?
-
-
Just go on google and type "fs1e coil on Villiers" there's all the info you need for free
its quite a simple job once you have the info, and it works well too
-
I’m no fan of the EU, but 17 & 18 year olds on 150bhp+ sports bikes!
And didn't the CBT start around 1991?
-
I would guess this is more to do with the condition of the seals, rather than the method of transport
Been doing it for years without a single problem.
