  2. Hi paul could the missing british bikes be due to the northern british bike round being held less than two miles away from your trial on the same day.

Hi i think the loss of british bikes is down to clubs setting tighter and tighter sections,you only have to look at the types of bike ridden now even a b40 is a rare sight.If modern bikes are allowed people will drift over to them as they have to the twinshocks and air cooled monos .It is possible to set out hard challenging sections without them being so tight then they would be suitable for old bikes but still take marks.
  4. Hi i have a bit of a problem with my enfield crusader framed triumph with billet yokes.The front end tends to tuck in on tight turns worse when riding over small rocks as in river beds.Any advice thought about fitting leading axle forks.

  7. Hi in regards to your question about the mk1 Amal development started in january 1964,in june 1966 examples were released to manufactures production was proposed for july 1966 and they were introduced to the public in august 1966 . From an article by Barry Johnston Amal development engineer.
