  1. Hi Guys Sorry in advance for this thread haha. Well basically i have a 2009 Beta Evo 250cc which i have had for just under a year. I absolutely love the beta, it has been nothing but enjoyment and a pleasure to own. The bike has never skiped a beat or needed any work done except the usual bearings and oil change. Now that the time has come to change the bike the plan was to go for a 2012 Beta but with work drying up unfortunatly it will be a 2011. I have been offered a 2011 Sherco 290cc that i cant stress enough has done NOTHING at a very good price! The bike has been out four times at the most and just for trail riding, no competition use! The owner works in England for weeks at a time and just doesnt get the chance to use it.. p.s hes from Norther Ireland Basically what im asking is will i regret moving from the beta? Has anyone else on here made the same move? Do the 2011 shercos have any issues to look out for (e.g. Gas Gas = gearbox selector shaft) Thanks in advance guys!
  2. So is that basically like a manifold on a car.. ? Would you notice much difference with it?
  3. Just found this after a bit further looking. Is there a reason it's a lot cheaper than the above price? http://www.saundersextremesports.co.uk/product.php?id=1305225488&parent=18 Also a thanks to Benbeta23. Will deffinatly keep in touch. Cheers lad (Y)
  4. You friend have me heart broken But thanks very much for the reply!
  5. Well sort of got it in my head im wanting to do a "TTT" REP. At the minute the bikes just a standard 2009 Evo. But ordered a good few bits for santa to bring But i realised on the "TTT" Evo the exhaust seems to be different. Would anyone know what type of exhaust it is? I know that s3 do them for the Gas Gas but who for Beta? (Picture below shows the one im after) http://media.photobucket.com/image/ttt%20beta%20evo%20exhaust%20closeup/r2wtrials/toptrialbeta/tttexhaustclose.jpg?o=1 Thanks in Advance

  11. Id be happy if i could ride like that now and im 19 haha. But seriously if im still ridng at that age ill be chuffed!! Good on em!
  12. As others have already stated, its down to what you prefer. Deffinatly have a ride on both of them if possble. I recently had a 04 sherco 125cc and just could not come to terms with it. So i traded it in against a 09 ev0 250cc and i couldnt fault it. I know theres a decent jump from an 04 125cc to a 09 250cc but am seriously over the moon with it.!!
  13. That's class!!! What gear you gonna tackle it in lol!!
  14. You beat me to this thread haha. 1. Toni bou (no surprise) 2. Albert cabestany 3. Fajardo / raga As for the rest of the of the grid I look forward to finding out. Gutted that it's not being held in Bangor/northern Ireland any more. Especially with the amount of spectators and even money it brought to the town, you would have thought that the town/council would have been eager to get it back.. But what can you do? Still in two minds weather to go over to fort William as it's only a one day event :/ What do use reckon?
  15. Some brilliant photos there mate. (Y) Would love to ride in it but bike wouldnt be worth a penny after it
  16. 1oldbanjo sumded it up. (Y) Rele comes down to the conditions your riding in. At the minute for me, riding conditions are dry but very dusty. I have a spare filter so would just change every 1/2 times out. Hope this is helpful.
  17. Thanks guys for the prompt replys. The info has came in very helpful. I did as suggested and seems to be dead on. I'll try get some pictures up tomorrow. Thanks again
  18. Well as the title says, i eventually got my hands on a sticker kit and i am just looking for tips on the best way to apply it, so that i dont make a mess (air-bubbles,ripping the sticker) as they are far from cheap. Thanks in advance
