Was Ross Nobles documentary series about his experience at the SSDT ever aired on Dave ?

Thanks for quick response. Does not sound like much, have you any experience with one ? Seen plenty fitted and everybody I have spoken to Say's they are fine but I am concerned that so little oil will make bike run really hot.

Try lockton insurance I have 3 trials bikes and vintage motocross bike plus fully enclosed trailer insured through them. None of said bikes registered. Bikes insured fire and theft including theft from competition events.reasonable rates give them a call and ask for there off road insurance. Best of luck

Pipe coming out of engine and round the first set of bends measures 40mm out side. But at the straight part (running up the side of the cylinder) it measures 45mm out side. Hope this helps

Hi where can I buy a set of back wheel spokes and nipples for my Bultaco 198 ? have tried IN MOTION (Bultaco uk) but they are having problems with spoke lengh ! and they cannot tell me when they will be available ! Since I have been waiting since mid December I am getting a bit hacked off and wondered where else I can source them. Any help will be much appreciated. Ian

Anybody tell me bearing numbers for front and back wheels for 198 sherpa ? Have not got round to stripping out old ones and finding sizes. Thought if I had new ones that I could fit them as I pulled old ones out.

Hi did you have to uprate rear suspension or fit bump stops to rear coils on springs of car ?

Hi. My back ground is that I have raced motocross since 1974 and still race classic motocross up here in Scotland. Have always had a passing intrest in trials but never had the time to try it. Been going to the SSDT for the last 15 years and really enjoy both modern and vintage events. A couple of years ago I bought a 325 Bultaco and did a couple of classic / twinshock events and hated every minute of them so sold the bike. Recently a local club (East Neuk Wobblers) had a beginners open day that you just turned up at paid a fiver they supplied a helmet and a bike and off you went. Had a great time and enjoyed every minute, great bike (125 skorpa 4 stroke) and really friendly people offering good helpfull advise. Also this club promots easyier ridable trials. I am at present looking around for a bike and also will be joining club in the very near future. Ian Melville.
