Before I have the spare 6's from factory, shortage at my area. I did try 8's, a common spark that I could have, the low end response is not as quick as the 6's.
-
After 2 hours of riding, I even have a warm handlebar, I also have an engine flat out in summertime, have to splash water onto the pulser next to the flywheel magneto to have a continuous ride.
-
Second to none of 4 stroke trial bike, trouble free of carburetor jetting.
-
......no, I mean when the engine is dead!...of course, if I get the 315 clutch unit, I may be able to start the thing in gear, when engine warm... otherwise, its bloody hard to find neutral .....................mass <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I catch your problem, I do not often change the clutch oil, that is the first time, I missed to tell that I hold the clutch lever to get neutral when engine stalled.
-
Read carrefully the link comment, 315R is an easy bike for most of riders, weigh is not the main issue, not talking about of the difference of 1/3 heavier than other makes, the bike carries you and not the reverse. Practically, 315R is easy to maintain.

you better hurry up to knock Sandiford's door, not by soft contact ( website )...joke.

I have this problem on June 05, my first use was end Dec 04, I did re-adjust the clutch lever push rod and change the clutch oil with recommended grade, it is better now.
-
agreed... I still have a 315R '04 model, wanna upgrade. Thanks in advance.
-
my last experience of fan not working on my '04 model caused by low water level, refill and it works again.
-
I have had the same problem when I used my RTL 250S '88 model, it made me not happy to have ride with air forks, replaced with thicker spring spacer and a bit higher viscosity fork oil, pressure gauge is only for air bleeding.
-
It is still in good conditions, isn't it. Might re-condition the dents at the tank. I rode this bike in 250cc and competed with other Japanese twin shocks, OSSA, Bultaco & Cota at my area. A good pulling bike. It did not feel that heavy comparing to those 2 stroke twin shocks, but a no good feeling of engine stop while you accelerate & de-accelarate.

Can you insert a photo, it tells a thousand words, may be other guys can help.
-
What about less air pressure in the front tyre, air bleeding at the front forks.

The bank angle sensor allocated next to the rear brake fluid reservoir, my baby stalls in about 3 seconds when I have side crash in either way, I reduce the rpm at about 950. Good to put one to my cota 315R '04.
