There was one Ossa on the Clubman line on Sunday.

I have the S3 pipe and like it. Makes it smoother & more torque on low end. Doesn't have the hit when revved up like the stock pipe. A little louder exhaust note, but not much. Had to use some sealer at the joint to the silencer to get a good seal, despite using new o-rings. I recommend it.

It's so long because it tucks in nicely but when extended it goes away from the bike further, which makes it very stable compared to the stock stand.

Mitani makes a great side stand. Aluminium & very stable. Tucks out of the way very nicely.

Check out this thread: http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/topic/37210-cota-315-carb-problem/ Sounds like you can leave it out.

A friend of mine had a similar problem with his 4T Beta. Found that a plastic piece under the carb slide needle had some flash on it that was holding the needle up & making it run rich. Worth a check.

OK, found the box. I got them at NAPA auto parts. The size on the box is: 2 7/16 X 2 5/8 X 3/32 inches. Sorry you will have to do the metric conversion. The NAPA Balkamp part number is 727-2143. Here is a link: https://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/Result.aspx?Ntt=727-2143&Ntk=Keyword&Nty=1&Dn=0&D=727-2143&Dk=1&Dp=3&N=0 Hope this helps.

I found some at the auto parts store that seem identical to the originals. When I get home tonight I will try to find the package. I think the dimensions are listed on it.

Got the shirts. Thanks, they look great. Scott

Clive, did you get my check? Are you coming to the PITS event this weekend? (This will put the subject back to the top, so maybe more people will support the TDN effort ) -Scott McKay

My 2011 has had play since day one, also. Greased and everything looked OK. 4RT had no play even after over 4 years. Difference in tolerances, I guess.

I think the clutch removal tool is to hold the basket while you break the nut loose in the center. I accomplished it by blocking the rear wheel & putting it in gear to keep it from turning, but it wasn't easy. Could probably use an air impact but it would be impossible to accurately retorque that way. The Jitsie plates were inexpensive and made the clutch less grabby/abrupt. I would definitely recommend them. I never tried a Mitani clutch so I don't know how that would compare. -Scott
