  4. 2016 standard Thanks for sharing. Was wondering about the 9T on the counter as well. I tend to like to get the bike on the rear wheel and hold it there which the stock gearing does real well. I found that the lower or countershaft sprocket brought the front end down a bit quicker on my Beta 300Evo 4stroke when running in 1st gear....Imagine it would be the same with the new Monty? Thoughts? Thanks Tom
  5. Great product. Easy to put on and feels like it is not there. Except, when you need to take it off...any suggestions as to how to remove without ripping it off? Some have said to roll it up and off from the bottom rather than pulling it from the top...Thoughts Thanks Tom

  7. 20016 Standard 4RT. Can i switch between the two settings (1 dry and 2 mud) on the fly while the motor is running? I have and nothing broke. Can it be done while you are moving in gear? Or are you suppose to shut down and then switch? Also, i can not tell much difference between the two, the 2 map seems a bit softer and the 1st is a slight bit more aggressive. Thanks tom

  10. Thanks, maybe adjust how I use the clutch and throttle together a bit more. The bike is brand new so I imagine the idle is close to factory spec.
  11. Every once in a while, the Cota will find a time to stall when rolling the gas on. It is usually followed by a small pop. It will restart fairly easy after. But recently when it does start the idle seems way too low, like it is barely turning over or running. After a couple of seconds, it idles normal. Is this normal or am I just too aggressive at no throttle, cranking it too fast to move forward? Thanks Tom

  16. I have the standard 4RT Cota and the short exhaust guard. Burning through a lot of riding pants as the section close to the kick starter is not covered by the guard. Is the RR300, Repsol or carbon fiber replacement versions any longer near the kick starter? Thanks Tom

  18. Heard good things about the Bel-Ray Gearsaver (not the hypoid version) in the 80w...there is also a Thumper racing version of the gear oil. How do you like the 2016 4RT..... I just bought one and love the machine.
  19. Being in the USA we can not get the ELF HTX 740 tranny fluid. What other brands are compatible? Same deal with the motor oil, can't get the Repsol 4T in the 10w-30 weight....any thoughts on what you chaps use that is compatible? Many thanks, loving the new ride. Tom
