connect the fan to a 12 battery to check that it works correctly if it does the most likely problem is the regulator / rectifier if that is not the problem you may have a ground fault
I think you need to take the bike apart to figure out what is going on. My thought is not to put all of your weight on the kick start lever and bounce. Good luck.
I believe that a good reason to change the oils more often than FB Group man ( or women ) is that having a look at the drained oil lets you know if there are issues with the bike.
Wow never seen that before! You can put the bleed nipple / banjo bolt from an Evo on to bleed. Th nipple may interfere with the exhaust. It would be interesting to see the inner workings of this. Thanks for sharing this .
Gently pry off the knob used to turn on and off the fuel from the long range tank. You will then be able to see what you need to do. If you require a new petcock the part number is 27.81083.000
