  2. I think one of these GasGas part numbers may be the part you are looking for S360003 or S360005 but I am not sure which one

I think you need to take the bike apart to figure out what is going on. My thought is not to put all of your weight on the kick start lever and bounce. Good luck.
  6. you need an oil with a JASO MA2 rating meaning that the oil is ok to use with a wet clutch
  7. If you flip the bike upside down and it shifts it is most likely a broken spring.
  8. The Tryals Shoppe in New York state should be able to identify this bike for you.
  9. I think it may be a good idea to re-check the cleanliness of the pilot jet.
  10. I have heard that the CDI from the same year of TRS will work.
  11. What brand of ignition ?
  12. Perhaps the friction spring MT280226006 is not moving freely in the clutch cover
  13. I believe that a good reason to change the oils more often than FB Group man ( or women ) is that having a look at the drained oil lets you know if there are issues with the bike.
  14. Wow never seen that before! You can put the bleed nipple / banjo bolt from an Evo on to bleed. Th nipple may interfere with the exhaust. It would be interesting to see the inner workings of this. Thanks for sharing this .
  15. I think using petrol with ethanol in it is a bad idea.
  16. I have never found an aftermarket shifter for the Evo 4t
  17. The forks have been SACHS brand for a while, but are mostly the same as PAIOLI
  18. My suggestion to you is to replace the master cylinder. Quite often it is a waste of time and money putting in the repair kit.
  19. Gently pry off the knob used to turn on and off the fuel from the long range tank. You will then be able to see what you need to do. If you require a new petcock the part number is 27.81083.000
  20. I would make sure the kill button was in the kill position when turning the motor over.
