    Base gaskets come in the following thicknesses 0.2mm 0.3mm 0.5mm and 1.0mm
  2. Does the " Aspen fuel " make any difference how the bike runs ?
  3. If banjo bolt at the caliper is 10mm use AJP or Beta Grimeca if banjo bolt is 8mm use braktec caliper that uses Galfer 223 pads or Galfer 511 pads
  4. Timing could be sheared woodruff key. I have seen these bikes with the piston installed backwards as well. Good luck.
  5. I think this part could be p/n 007041100 000 this part was changed in the EVO era of this engine I think I have seen one of these before that had been compromised.
  6. I suspect that you have a ground fault in your lighting system. Disconnect all of your lighting, then take the bike for a ride. If everything works as it should you will know that your issue is with some part of your lighting circuit.

  8. Sometimes a hand impact will work better than the air one, or maybe a different air or electric impact may work. Some of these fork were put together with too much thread locking compound. Good luck.

    BETA USD FORKS

    These forks were only used on the m/y 2000 Rev 3 they are not the same as the forks used on any Techno or Zero . They were made by Paioli. There is not much information available on these forks. Good luck.

  13. dell'orto VHST carb stock later models came with Keihin PWK some with Keihin PWK and the Sherco prompt system which was sort of an accelerator pump That ignition cover is a lot different than stock. There are some good vids of Cabestaney riding this bike very well.

  18. If I remember correctly there is a screw and a jam nut that moves the shaft which pushes the clutch push rod up or down this allows different amounts of clutch rod push movement. This means quicker or slower clutch release and also engagement.
  19. I think it would be best for to re-pack the silencer. When the packing gets old it is oil soaked, loses sound deadening and it's thermal insulating properties as well.

    Regina and Iris trials chains have " 1 and one half links available " this way you can easily end up with an odd numbered link chain.
