The Beta 4t trial throttle is different than any of the " dirt bike " Domino throttles. I believe the only place to purchase the throttle tube is as part of an OEM Beta assembly. There are now 2 Beta 4t throttles 1) the standard one starting with the 2007 Rev 4t which is the same as the standard Evo 4t m/y 2019 and starting with the 2019 Factory model there is now a slightly different ( faster ) one
You can test to see if you have the lanyard switch wired correctly by doing the following. Disconnect the lanyard switch, hook up 2 wires to where the lanyard was hooked up. Now start the bike, once running short these 2 wires together, the bike should now stop running. If the bike does stop running there is something wrong will the lanyard switch.
rcgods is correct. The item he/she referenced as the " cooling block " is the regulator / rectifier. This item is essential to having the cooling fan work.
Strip some number 18 AWG stranded wire and lay it across the open hex of the stripped bolt. Now take a wee hammer and your allen wrench and tap it in. The soft copper fills in the voids in the head of the stripped hex. This works more often than not .
I would do the following. 1) Drain the gearbox oil 2) loosen the " major " clutch cover bolts 3) see if the kick start now works properly, if it does there can be two possible issues Issue A the " major " clutch cover bolts were holding the case in a spot that put sideways pressure on the kick start shaft, if this is the case you will only need to re-tighten the " major " clutch cover bolts Issue B there is a shimming problem side to side with the kick start shaft, in this case I think you should take the bike back to your dealer to have this sorted out. DO NOT FORGET TO RE-FILL THE BIKE WITH GEARBOX OIL BEFORE YOU GO RIDING
I believe that some of the newest Sherco's with the rear mounted fuel tanks had some extra " plumbing " . I think that the fuel feed line to the carb had a " T " fitting and the third hose went back into the fuel tank. Hopefully someone else remembers better than I do. Good luck.
This tube and check valve is connected to the exhaust head on the motor side of the catalytic converter that has come with some bikes. I believe the idea is to add fresh air to the exhaust to help promote cleaner air to come out of the exhaust. The check valve is so that exhaust does not come out of this tube.
