Terry,The trials starts at 11 am.The terrain is just what you PA guys like lots of big rocks and slabs.I know the clerk would sure like to see some experts show up.Cody can not make it because of work.There will be a bunch of us camping saturday.Nice spot in the mountains,with tubing on the creek if you like.Come on up.See you in the woods.JR

Are you talking about the 2 stroke or the 4 stroke.I have heard there is already a lot of upgrades for the new 4 stroke.Time will tell.JR

Just finished saturday with my sections for the 3D trials at Thunder Ridge Motocross Park South Edmeston ,N.Y..The event will be sunday July 23, start time 11 am.We have layed out 11 sections with about a 3 to 4 mile loop.Part of it is on new land,all new terrain which includes some virgin waterfall sections.There will be a supercross under the lights saturday and motocross on the big track sunday.There are nice level pits for camping.If you come to ride or camp,just tell them at the gate you are here for the trials and you will not have to pay gate fee.Hope to see a good turnout.If any NETA riders read this it is not a bad drive for you to get to this event.See you in the Woods.JR

In the trials last weekend entered section on bike and engine stalled.Did all the normal tests still could not find problem of no spark.I was about to bag the days ride and found the ground wire had pulled out of the ring lug.Have had bike for 2 years and the only problem I have had.So I would check that crimp on your bikes to make sure it is crimped properly.I think I will solder connection when making repair.JR

Glenn,I think it was Eddy Lejuine[sp]who really took the trick riding and hopping into the world rounds.Had that trick Honda 4 stroke what a bike that was.JR

Terry ,Our club is small also so most of our events are run with no insurance.We do have two events we run under the ama charter,but only because the land owners prefer it that way.One is at a motocross track and we go under his sanction for our event and we are covered under his insurance its a good deal for our club.We use a waiver form for all other rides,have had no problems for 12 years.JR

I was also very impressed with the youth riders.Alexz and the others are very talented riders.But to make aliving on trials over here in the states trials schools and exhibition is the only way to make money.It was a great weekend to be in tennesee.Hope to see them alll there again.JR

Frank where did you hear he would be riding the 4 stroke.Seems strange they would change machines after two good results in the first rounds.It is only three weeks to us round and none have arrived here in the states.JR

Scorpa 3,I have used two kinds to patch cases we have some stuff over here in the states called JB weld works real well,or have used the the stick stuff that you kneed together.Sand it down a bit and a little silver paint and your good to go.JR

Maxi,Yes the small peice of rubbers tends to wear in half over time.But as small and as thin as it is it still cushions the case.JR

Just a reminder for all the out of touch upstate New Yorkers.3D tryals opens it 2006 season this sunday at Munnsville,N.Y.Start 11am.Great place to ride and the Sheriff Bob always gives us some good stuff.So get the bike and the gear dusted off and get out and ride.Lets do better then last season!!!JR

Maxi,I have had several of the flat plates and they all seem to go on like that.Do you have the small rubber pad that goes between the mag side of motor,it is only about 2" by 4" inches but should be in there.Also it helps when you install plate to put bike stand under bike and let weight of bike push plate up.There always seems to be alot of tension on plate to put screws in place.Jim
