  1. right, just a quick update. I've fitted a Keihin Carb now and im goin out sometime this week to tune it up, I cant wait!!
  2. line em' up to one of the three bolts, that way its going to work fo sho'. Up and down is a great idea but the angle the water pump sits at its hard to tell if the little pin is straight up and down or not.
  3. yours may be different to mine but when i sprayed my 2005 rims red it all got chipped off the sides so i polished the sides off and eventually it all came off the centre too and yeah, i did laquer (sp?) them etc properly.
  4. First of all, the radycool stickers are made so that some of it goes underneath the swingarm, look carefully and you will see , secondly, teflon coating aye? how much is that likely to cost to get my frame teflon coated matt black then? Cheers, and keep the comments coming!
  5. shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! that was going to be the suprise soon, im going to see what i think in a few weeks though (Y), you think i should get it done black r2w? also will powder coating rub off with my legs?
  6. haha i told you i'd forget to post pictures up once its done anyways, after many hours of excitement building them up and polishing varius parts on my bike etc here we have my Gas Gas I absolutely love it!! Thanks.
  7. the plan is to get em' done all black then if they get all scratched and chipped on the sidewalls they will get sanded off to silver so they are like the 06' sherco rims.
  8. Thanks for the comment Here are many more pictures. i will try and post more in a few weeks time when the black rims are fitted as i think it makes the bike look loads better. The bike now has one of the brand new style radycool sticker kits and a powder coated gold swing arm as the origional paint all came off. Also here is a picture i photoshopped to see how black rims would look on it. Like i say i will post pictures when i have the black rims built up properly etc if i remember.

  10. well you have a number of options. 1. buy some cemichal (sp? ) weld (not advised) 2. get someone to weld it for you (again not advised and ugly) 3. Buy a new gas gas spindle 4. Buy a sherco spindle, These have a allen key on the other end and only one end screws off. I would advise this.
  11. nine on the front, 42 on the back. I run and reccomend 9 on the front and 48 on the back though. Thats what wiggy is running and also what i am running on my 125 raga.
  12. on the bike, the bit that faces you. use the kickstart to line the slot up with one of the holes, next line the pin on the water pump up to the same hole. Then it should go on really easy. I also tend to smear a tiny bit of grease on there. DO NOT bang it on as it will snap the pin, lined up properly and greased a little it should slide in RELITAVELY!! easy. Hope i helped
