Chain tensioner and "wave" brakedisc Montesa 4RT Updated January 4, 2013

I made myself a chaintensioner from a block of Ertalon LFX, a internally lubricated cast nylon.
Also a homemade "Wave" brakedisc to keep the friction surface of the brakepads from building up a hard layer of dirt and losing stopping power.
