Apparently Montesa will announce some important news at the World Cup in Italy...
-
If it isn't already done: replace the air filter cover with an open one and remove the restrictors in the exhaust.
Mount special link plates, which raise the rear a bit, makes the rear suspension more lively.
And decoke the exhaust for max power.

I put a home made straight pipe in my 315R but I can't say I noticed much difference.
Mitani sels longer silencers with a straight inner pipe, maybe these ones perform better:

H&D Racing sels a nice Mitani imitation silencer:

I think it's because he's angry, which is probably related to his multiple personality disorder.

"Why they don't put some timing marks on the flywheel I don't know."
I made my own permanent timing markings on the flywheel. One at TDC and one at 2,6mm before TDC.
These correspond with the marking on the small aluminium piece I mounted in the top right of the flywheel casing.
Easy peasy.

"How do I get out of this one!?"
Great video! Thanks.

Due to health problems, I've only ridden my 300RR a few times in my back yard and only one time at the training grounds, so I can't tell you much, sorry.

-
Sorry, I don't know who made it forbidden to ride in the river and why.
All I know is that the grounds are littered with sings telling you to stay out of the river.

I don't want to spoil the Brexit party, but the T-TIP trade agreements that are coming are just as, or even worse, in my opinion.
I think a lot of people in the EU would be much happier if not only the parliament but the entire EU government was elected.
"Eendracht maakt macht", "L'union fait la force" or "Einigkeit macht stark" as we say in Belgium.
-
I'm not sure about the legislation in Belgium, but it's been forbidden to ride in the stream at the Bilstain practice grounds, for several years now.
-
Hi-end Tec fork (all aluminium) and the usual (improved) Showa shock at the rear.
It's advised to mount a larger radiator if you use a big bore kit.
The fan of my 300RR runs much more often than on my previous 260 and 250 4RT.
It even seems to run continuously at temperatures above 25°C when riding at very slow speeds.
-
The soles are noticeably stiffer than Gearnes for instance.
-
I've heard from this rust problem before, but didn't thought of it to link it to hot start problems.
To avoid that problem, I had an aluminium tank bottom on my 2008 4RT (also saves a bit of weight).
I also use Shell V-Power for that reason: less ethanol in the fuel = less water in fuel = less rust and other water related problems in fuel system.
Honda finally addressed this problem with a plastic fuel tank bottom.

It's very hard to make a judgement of a recorded sound.
Here's how my T350 sounded before a complete engine rebuild:
And this is after the engine rebuild:
But I went riding today, and I thought the freshly rebuilt engine has a serious rattle at a higher constant RPM. But maybe I'm just a bit paranoid
