Don't think there's a specific supplier, the kit comes with every new 4RT.
It normally also includes a rear fender support, that has a number plate holder, tail light and rear indicators.
Join a club or try to ride with more experienced riders. They will be glad to give you advice.

The 4RT's from the world cup riders seem to have a lower idle, but they regularly blip the throttle, maybe it's to keep the capacitor charged...
I also think a 10/43 gearing is a good compromise.
Just to let you know: The Elf HTX 740 is also a 75W light gear oil, with similar properties as the Silkolene and other brands of 75W light gear oils.
I've used the GRO 75W Gear Extreme in my 4RT with very good results.

I bought this one (which has a dia. of 26mm) for my 2015 4RT that had a Mitani exhaust.
But it doesn't fit the original 2016 4RT exhaust which has a dia of 24mm.
