You're close, it's dutch. It's practicly the same as Flemish, the language that's spoken in flanders, the nortern half of Belgium where I live.

Been planning to also get me something like that I-trac rail. Makes for a very versatile mounting system.

I've bought the risk racing lock and load but haven't installed it in my van yet, so no practical experience.
But if you buy one, make sure its the Junior one, the full size one is way to big for trial bikes.

Maybe when the idle screw is turned in to much, so the bypass is closed off to much, to get enough air through for the injection sensors to work .

I used silver car wheel spray paint in a can for the frame of my 159. This paint is suposed to be a bit stronger than regular (car) spray paint.
