    Bultaco Re Liner

An oldtimer (car) brake specialist told me to just remove the chrome lining and brake on the aluminium surface. It shouldn't give much problems. But I had my Sherpa's brakes relined with a steel ring just to be sure. (This was done in France)
  2. Making sure the clutch plate pack has the right thickness also makes the clutch easier/better to control. The GRO Gear Oil should make the clutch a bit softer to engage compared to ATF oil.

    Bultaco Re Liner

About your brake re-lining and turning down the friction material on your brake shoes. For maximum braking power, the entire surface of the lining of the brake shoes should make contact with the brake drum. To achieve this, you should put shims between the cam and the brake shoes before pulling them tight against the cam, as if you would be applying your brake a little bit. Then you should turn down the lining to the exact diameter of the brake drum. I hope my English is a bit comprehensible

  6. I only see 2 or 3 different routes in each section and no really young contenders in the pictures posted above. Maybe, to attract more youth, or more contenders in general, they can make more different classes. In Belgium, also in the National events and Germany, France and Holland for instance, there are 4 or 5 different routes, from absolute beginners to expert.

  8. With the standard 25mm you won't have any fitment issues, otherwise you may have to fabricate some sort of seal.
  9. This is clearly a warranty issue.
  10. I used Lucas brake pads in my 1998 315 (with the 2 piston calliper) and they were brilliant Front: MCB 535 SR Rear: MCB 075 LF For the later models with 4 piston calipers the front pads are MCB 766 Galfer pads, which are also very good, should be easy to find

  13. Why would Honda only give Bou the advantage of this "special" shock? Don't they like Fujinami? Doesn't make sense...
  14. When you plan to come to Genk, first check out this websites: http://www.trialmaaskant.org/ http://j30-amc.ssc-web.be/index.php/trial There's no training allowed on the weekend when there's a competition.

    Gas Gas Future?

If you think heavy is the way to go, buy yourself a twin shock from the 70's.
