  1. Haha spot on mate apart from red rear brake lever
  2. Ill play, spot the goodies I've added to my 300
  3. 110% a proper trials open face helmet, they wouldn't sell them if they weren't made for purpose, plus you look "amateurish" with a mx helmet on.
  4. have to agree with everyone here skipping sections and riding them 3 times in a row to me anyways is a form of cheating as you could get lucky and find a nice line so just breeze it over and over again where as it could get chopped up pretty bad from other riders if ridden properly every lap. does seem alot of riders and more then i have ever seen with the trials i have ridden but i suppose times like that i would just chill out and wait your turn, and hopefully you dont get the kid on the 125 blipping it every 2 seconds infront of you haha
  5. new to this forum but been riding for a fair few years. started on a 1999 mont 315 and thought that was "the" bike. i then started to compete in some local trials and relised that my montesa was out of date in many ways so bought a 2005 gasser pro and fell in love with it, rode and won a fair few clubman trials and never had any problems with it, with the renthal fat bars and keihin carb it was amazing to ride. i then started an apprenticeship, started settling down with my girlfriend etc so trials took a back seat and i sold the 300 and a few years later bought an 02 rev3 270 and although it was reliable etc i never really got on with it, felt heavy, rear suspension was awful and just felt numb. anyways long story short bought a 13 gasser 300 pro with a few choice mods on it and love it but as everyone has said you need to get out and ride them as everyone is different but ill be sticking with gasgas from now on and my dad rides the beta.
  6. thats what i thought i just didnt want to buy a newer style front fender and the hole spacing be larger/smaller etc. dont have any problems with the airbox not sealing like you have had so think i will stick with a 2000 rear mudguard. as i'm just getting back into trials again (use to have a 05 gasgas 300 pro) think that the tatty mudguards might stay on for now incase i have any big offs.
  7. I have just bought a 2001 beta rev3 250. Mechanically it's sound but the plastics are looking tired. I know that the 2001 rear mudguards are rare to find but I was wondering if a 2000 rear mudguard would fit since it still has the side airbox cover? Also are all front mudguards the same fitment as I want to fit a rev4 black front one to match the black rear mudguard. Thanks
